RECIPE: LECHON AND SWEET POTATO HASH SLIDERS
Mom’s juicy lechon. Boyfriend’s delicious yams. Brother’s canned cranberries. Yep, sandwichable.
Don’t let the party stop after the relatives leave. These sliders are a fun way to reimagine your leftovers and enjoy round two in all your glory.

LECHON AND SWEET POTATO HASH SLIDERS
Ingredients:
Leftover Lechon
Leftover cranberry sauce
Leftover sweet potatoes
Leftover roasted veggies
King Hawaiian Rolls
Sir Kensington’s Chipotle Mayo
Directions:
- Chop leftover sweet potatoes into small cubes and dice leftover roasted veggies. Sauté together over medium heat until lightly browned and crisp. Set aside
- In the same pan, heat slices of leftover lechon until edges are crisp
- To build the sliders, slice rolls in half and spread Sir Kensington’s Chipotle Mayo on both sides. Layer on leftover cranberry sauce, sweet potato and veggie hash, and the slices of lechon. Top sliders with other half of the roll and enjoy!
