Tuna poke nachos with @cookwithdanaa

1 (32-ounce) bag frozen tater tots
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small sweet onion, finely chopped
1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 cups white cheddar, grated
8 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup Sir Kensington’s Special Sauce
1/4 cup Sir Kensington’s Classic Mayonnaise
1/2 cup diced pickles
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Coat rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Spread tater tots in single layer on baking sheet and bake according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook 5 minutes, until tender. Add ground turkey to skillet and break up with spoon. Cook until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain fat and set aside.
- Top cooked tater tots with turkey, cheese and bacon. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with tomatoes and lettuce. Drizzle Special Sauce and Classic Mayonnaise over totchos and garnish with pickles and parsley.
