BBQ BACON TURKEY BURGERS

2 tablespoons Sir Kensington’s Avocado Oil Mayo
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon Sir Kensington’s Yellow Mustard
1 bag pre-julienned vegetables (carrots, cucumber, broccoli)
1 lb. ground turkey
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch black pepper
3 teaspoons hot paprika
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Sir Kensington’s Classic Ketchup
10-12 Bibb lettuce leaves
1 lb. bacon, cooked
- In a small bowl combine Sir Kensington’s Avocado Oil Mayo, vinegar, and mustard. Add julienned veggies and stir to combine, set aside.
- In a medium bowl combine ground turkey, salt, pepper, hot paprika, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup until turkey is completely mixed together.
- Using an ice cream scoop or ¼ cup ball up the ground turkey, form into a patty and add to a skillet on medium high heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked through.
- Lay down each lettuce leaf, top with burger patty, top with 1-2 pieces bacon and veggie slaw. Add an additional piece of lettuce on top to make a full “bun”
