1 (32-ounce) bag frozen tater tots
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small sweet onion, finely chopped
1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 cups white cheddar, grated
8 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup Sir Kensington’s Special Sauce
1/4 cup Sir Kensington’s Classic Mayonnaise
1/2 cup diced pickles
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped


  1. Coat rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Spread tater tots in single layer on baking sheet and bake according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook 5 minutes, until tender. Add ground turkey to skillet and break up with spoon. Cook until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain fat and set aside.
  3. Top cooked tater tots with turkey, cheese and bacon. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and top with tomatoes and lettuce. Drizzle Special Sauce and Classic Mayonnaise over totchos and garnish with pickles and parsley.
